This is a clear case of politicians giving concessions to illegal aliens just to win minority votes. There is no justification whatsoever for this bill.

Again, I don't agree. There may be pandering to the Latino community but it doesn't change the fact that to date, many illegals don't know the driving laws in CA. I say that from experience.......I had three accidents involving illegal drivers while living in CA. All three accidents were their fault. Its partly why CA insurance rates are so much higher than the rest of the country.
