Yes, during my visit the place was packed. Some new wall construction. We were escorted to the meeting room, saw some production labs, and other equipment to make plastic packaging. I have been to allot of Biotechs here in San Diego, QDEL doesn't seem to be much different. One of the big differences is QDEL is starting to make money. They will have to rethink how they do business, a example is moving labor intensive packaging to out sources or Mexico. Their building was to accommodate R&D, now they have to manufacture and continue R&D. I've never thought QDEL, was having problems, If anything it might have growing pains. I suspect QDEL will be successful, just a matter of time.
