I think for clarity, you need to call it rape. Men need to know that if they are confused, they should stop. The bright line rule should be on the side of no sex. imo People will be hurt either way, obviously, but I think if the rule is clear, and men know they are accountable in even ambiguous situations, they will be more careful, and society has an interest in making them be more careful.
