Can I Really? I haven't so far. Period. I would point out that spending is the No. #1 logical target to attack for spending over and above a budget, followed by lowered receipts due to the Sour Market & the attendant Economy inherited from Clintons time, and lastly the supposed 25% of it caused by tax cuts. Tax cuts simply are not harming the economy, by the by, all indications are that they help it instead(as is always likely when returning money to the masses, in this case fairly, mind you).

You must be harboring a misunderstanding.
