Thanks Tom, I don't see that guy too often but if I do I will mention this dba slot to him and send you a PM. I doubt he wants to make a move right at this moment though, only because he just moved out here and leaving any job after 3 mos is not a good idea, even if it is less than half of your former salary. I agree that N California is a particularly brutal jobs environment if you are in a position in danger of offshoring. WRT VoIP, how does Vonage work, don't they give you a phone with the # hard wired in there, so that you can take the phone to any loc and get calls? Thats the way VoIP phones work in corps. I have used the NT VoIP phones. A huge improvement in business because no rewiring when you move cubes, and as you know that happens every other week in business.
