Schwab said the trades that ran through my order without a fill Tuesday were "off the market" and/or not "real time" I asked for them to put that in writing to me as well as a copy of the tape. They are sending it to me.

I have never had any problem getting fills on buys or sells with Fidelity on small float stocks either. I'm not accumulating SSPI in that account though.
