Hello Pezz, Today's Report:
A relaxing day overall. Only nuisance was having had to write a short note and put it in the fax machine.
I will take a look at AINN finance.yahoo.com tonight and see if I want to tap into Pezz's luck.
The partnership to buy the building achamchen.com that I spoke of before is over-subscribed. I will get my full allotment because I will. I signed my check today.
Do you notice the beautiful facade of the building that faces the streets? Do you notice the visibility of the facade to all the 12 million of tourists that walk that walk?
I am thinking that perhaps the facade can be covered up with two large LumaSigns from lumacom.com.au . Speaking of which, Lumacom price action is coming along swimmingly uk.finance.yahoo.com , tacking on AUD 0.065/shr upto now, which also happens to be my cost basis :0)
I will do my lunch with the money-managers in about 30 minutes. Everyone is supposed to come to lunch with one good idea. I am fresh out of ideas, will first listen, then gloat :0)
Afterwards, I will go to the bank to pick up my complimentary moon cakes, then amble home, followed by perhaps a nap and a swim.

My Vestas, at DKK 136, has effectively more than doubled in value since my original purchase, given the currency gains.
I am still waiting for the American Congress to do something about wind energy tax credit.

NEG is now at DKK 94, a 34% rise over a 41 day holding period.
