You said be specific and I was, in detail. We disagree as to what would happen, and what will. You will soon comprehend what is going on, if you can stop listening to fools like Hannity, Rush, and FOX News. The only way for us to get 'significant' help is to go to nations that are ABLE to give significant help. That ain't Palau. It's France, Germany, Russia, China, India, etc. They won't help unless it is the UN in front. Period. Bush's only diplomatic card is bribery. He has no sense or ability to make allies, and that deficiency has bit him hard in the behind. Bribery doesn't work when you need to cut costs. Guess Powell will have to try to save his bacon...
