Mr. Mark and all,

I've got trouble!! Running Windows 2000 Pro updated with all patches. Also have Zone Alarm Pro V.4, BOClean (can't seem to shut it down even with the menu... it just pops-up again in the task bar in the lower right), Trojan Hunter, SpyGuard, SpyBlaster and NAV 2003... all the most current versions and all updated.

I have been able to go to Windows Updater and download the Windows updates, BUT, when I go to OFFICE updates (Office 2000.. WORD shows version 9.0.4402 SR-1... and it is registered to me and I have the two CD discs), it shows me what I need in the way of updates, I click on install and as it is trying to download the installer it stops saying unsuccessful. It never even gets to the point of asking for the CDs to be inserted in the drive! I turned off ZAP, NAV auto-protect, Trojan Hunter, SpyBlaster and SpyGuard, but can't shut down BOClean even though I've tried by double-clicking the icon and clicked "Shut down BOClean" (the icon disappears, but pops right up again). Even with these all turned off, I cannot get Office 2000 updates to work or download.

Any suggestions!! Help!!

Thanks,

Marty
