Cheney, Rumsfeld and in particular Wolfowitz are all on record as claiming U.S. soldiers would be accepted with open arms and flowers in Baghdad, just as the GIs were in Paris in 1944. The neocons are delusional twits who have brought this nation to catastrophe because of their quasi-religious ideology and failure to deal in reality.
