Level 2 situation appears to have no resolution in sight according to a rep I just talked to. Level 2 without key ECN's is just NOT Level 2 and is not useful but you will be charged the $10/month unless you cancel that add-on. I've been a pretty big Q-charts supporter and not very sympathetic to a lot of the whining on this and other boards, but I'm very disappointed that they didn't suspend charges for Level 2 until they could deliver real (complete)Level 2 quotes. I finally quit procrastinating and did what Q-charts should have done for me -- cancelled my Level 2 add-on. Just called 1-800-498-8068 and did it. Makes me feel dumb for not doing it months ago. For now, I'll use StreetSmartPro for Level 2 -- Schwab gives me that for free and it includes all the ECN's.
