TIWI is making a move....I have been in this for a long time and made a lot....I am VERY high on the Eastern Euro scene with this telecom play.....don't have any idea if it's a real takeover, but someone SHOULD be looking at it with over 50% in Romania and Czech Republic....also should be starting action in India for wireless also CC
