From what has been happening since Bob took over SI, either the new management has a giant bias toward the liberal/socialist, viewpoint, or has some way to gain from suspending conservatives. Because I will not to quietly into the night on the subject of, unwarranted, suspensions, I may be banned for life from SI. I'm quite sure there would be rejoicing if that happened.
