Canada is a county that needs to export capital to keep currency weak - as opposed to US or AUD which needs to import capital to keep currency where it is. The whiners will whine in each country and that means interest rates go down everywhere relentlessly. Overall it is going to be bleak times for the savers of the world everywhere. Cheers
