Your question, I note, didn't seem to have anything to do with the statement of mine that you quoted, that "there is a manner in which consent can be given not in words but physically."

The woman doesn't have to say "yes, I consent to having sex" in order to consent. If she is undresses him, fondles his sex, strips teasingly to bare skin, lies down on the bed, opens her thighs, and smiles enticingly at him, even if she says nothing, I would take that as consent given physically, not in words.

I would not think in that case it was necessary for her to also consent verbally to having sex.
