"That, to me, deserves a response every bit as harsh as the person who uses physical force."

In this situation you have a female employee acquiescing to the coercion. It should be punished as it is a kind of violation of trust. However, there are also situations in which flirtation, teasing, and sexual favors are offered in the employment arena, once it becomes complicated by power plays on the job, sour grapes could be more of a factor than actual violations of trust and authority. All sex is coerced to some extent or another; Flowers, love letters, etc. until the man believes he has won sexual favor from the one he is interested in. The difficulty comes when the male believes he has finally won her favor and she believes she was tricked or coerced against her will; usually the next day, while suffering from a powerful hangover and feelings of remorse.
