Semi stocks are over bought. But then this is looking like a mini bubble in expectations and stock prices so who knows where the top will be found. There are signs of a recovery in many sectors of techdom . . .there should be with very low interest rates, explosive government spending, and reduced taxes, the pump to the economy is substantial. Valuations are ahead of norms, even based on 2004 earnings projections. While comparisons for many companies look favorable now, further cost cutting measures are likely to be sustainable as a way to bolster bottom line performance.
