2:22PM Cisco product introduction seen as negative for Brocade (BRCD) 6.02 -0.06: ThinkEquity believes that Cisco will introduce two Fibre Channel switch products early next week; also believes IBM will simultaneously announce qualification of both products. Firm expects these new offerings to be positioned to compete primarily with Brocade. As the market share leader in fabric switches, firm believes traction from the new Cisco products will disproportionately impact Brocade. In the JulQ, estimates that BRCD was greater than 22% exposed to IBM.
