Earthworks still owns the royalty to the MBS process. The process is actually a good one but SLUP fumbled the ball and EWK, as far as I know, never got any royalties.

EWK has gone on to develop a landfill in California and looks like it will do very well with that. They have permits now and will soon announce building and contracts it is suspected. EWk should get between a billion and a billion and a half or even more over the next 25 years with this project.

The MBS process could still be used by EWK or licensed by EWK as far as I know. MBS is a viable alternative to Portland Cement. An idea whose time had come but we all know what happened there. Maybe EWk will resurrect MBS at some point. I can't see SLUP doing much.
