Dave, nice pick-up on the start of the pre-earnings insider selling. Certain insiders have been prevented from selling in excess of 10% of their holdings without the written consent of Goldman. Gonna have to hunt up the date and the duration of the agreement. Think it's reasonable to say that given the run-up it wouldn't be a shock to see more. So maybe that brings in some of the "insider selling" theorists to the party and I don't think they'll be buying at or near "the Kurlack line". Good trading, Tom
