Now the SOX updated table is shown below. To further illustrate what happened to the SOX this week, it barely managed to be in the positive column. It was really all due to NSM and TER being the beneficiary of "good news" this week. Together, they contributed a gain of $6.46 to the index, offsetting a great deal of the negative numbers from AMAT, NVLS, LSI, KLAC, LLTC and MXIM in the bottom 6 spots in the table.
