You may be a Libertarian but that doesn't (obviously) make you intelligent. The most Libertarian state in the union seems to be Alaska and they are resisting the Patriot Act II on a state level. Good for them. They obviously see the threat to liberty in PA II that you cannot. And on many levels you cannot see any threat to liberty in the trends in America today. That's not just your loss, it's mine too. Because every person who accepts the loss of their liberties also diminishes mine. I don't see any point in continuing any dialog between us. I have given you many leads and sources of information which you choose to ignore while at the same time name calling. So end it here. Show some restraint and don't post to me.
