Bush only looked at the intelligence that supported his agenda. There was evidence that Saddam did not obtain Uranium from Africa. There was evidence that Saddam had no WMD. There was no evidence that Saddam and Al Qaeda were in cahoots.

In reality, Iraq was for the most part an Al Qaeda free zone. We should have been concentrating on Afghanistan and Pakistan, but now were knee deep in occupying a country that was not supporting bin Laden.

If you want to say that Bush did not lie, then you have to clear the hurdle of the uranium purchase, which was shown to this administration before hand to be bogus. And then the Al Qaeda connection...there is no evidence of any cooperation with Saddam. Beyond that, there has been no evidence of WMD's found in Iraq.

This war with Iraq was not urgent. The evidence all points to that.

Leads me to believe that Bush was not truthful with the American People. If he is truthful and mindful, then why does he not share the reason that we are in Iraq now? I do not know what our mission in Iraq is, and I'd like the President to articulate his position to the world.
