I agree that there are abuses throughout the legal system, and abusive judges. But, I happen to think that judges, by and large, are more neutral ideologically, and less biased, than their counterparts in politics.

The other issue is 'executive privilege' and how it is extended to those in the upper crust. The neocons love to go on and on about Clinton's pardon of Rich, while conveniently ignoring the fact that many of the Iran/Contra criminals were pardoned by Bush 41.

As usual, its the little guys who get screwed.
