I'm glad I read your and tonto's posts. I didnt realize GTE was buying back their stock and the total repurchase amounts to approximately 5% of the shares outstanding. Not bad, for a Telcom especiasially one thats this cheap, paying a high dividend, and has a large capital expenditure program underway. Great news.
