i've got rescue disks/emergency repair disks for win98se and win2000pro, but nothing for winxp

so i did create the winxp Kaspersky set just now.... amounted to one bootable disk and three av bases disk

then i tested them

the boot disk got me into DOS and then asked for the first of the bases disks

while feeding it these disks i received an error saying it could not find a certain executable file

i will try recreating the set, and this time i will format the floppies first, rather than relying upon the rescue disk wizard to do so (as it claims it will).

beyond that, it is somewhat boring work and one must apply oneself to stay on task, secure in the knowledge that the only way be ready for an emergency is to follow the proper steps beforehand
