EK was above 60 in July 1993, months before Fisher signed on (I need to doublecheck date of Fishers arrival -- it only says late 93 at Kodak site). Fisher did have a sterling reputation at Motorola. He has brought longterm debt down considerably at Kodak.

I don't think Fisher deserves applause for selling his options at 80 -- too many stockholders were left holding the bag after he danced away with a tidy profit. A warning in a press release might have been less self-serving and more effective (corporate officers sell stock and options for all kinds of reasons -- often unrelated to fundamentals of the company).
