Well... Yeah. But then again, COT commercials are record long the DOW. I believe they have been pumping this market via DOW futures. I think they also have been accumulating short positions in individual stocks. Classic distribution, aided by pumping the futures. When they decide "enough pumping", and sell the DOW futures - look out below! JMHO
