The WT said.

"The Labor Department reported on Friday that a net of 19,000 new jobs were created in August."

That is a correct statement. They emphasis is on the positive. The NYT had the emphasis on the negative. I said the stats given would be correct, but they would pick which ones they use. When the NYT does the same thing, you think it is great.
