USA suffers from a nationwide addiction problem
1. fatty foods, poor eating habits -- OBESITY
-- if feeling left out and out of sorts, eat some cake
-- MacDonalds is a national embarrassment, and we export it !!!
2. consumption, gotta have it now, paid on credit -- DEBT
-- if you feel bad, go out and shop, even if broke
3. bigger is better, gotta be ready for towing that boat
-- so SUV's are 40% of all new car purchases
-- thus HIGH FUEL BILLS
outside Scandinavia and parts of Russia, this nation has a higher addiction population than anywhere on earth
the 1960-1970 decades led the ME-GENERATION to want it all, and now
now we do, OBESITY, DEBT, HIGH FUEL BILLS
and cluttered attics, garages, basements, full of junk
not to mention the junk carried around the waistlines
sorry, it is cultural, dietary, and an addictive mindset
is cocaine consumed as much in France and Germany?

we have no concept of debt or food
