I suspect most Americans think the war was anything but ill-advised. It made/makes perfect sense; get rid of a major pain in the butt, save thousands of Iraqi lives, free the Iraqi people, and get rid of a regime that has been a destablizing influence in the region for 30 years (and thereby causing terrorism against the US).

I'm not sure how you can find fault with our actions.
