Hi Jef:
The product information insert does not list taking concomitant corticosteroids under Warnings or Side-effects. It does however suggest that you discuss it with your physician.
That's usually a CYA statement 'just in case". The simplest way to get advice is to call the company at 1-888-398-3463 or if that isn't toll-free where you are, call 905-415-1446
