Iraqi "freedom" is now going to cost us $150 BILLION if we are lucky?? This amount is from Bush himself, I swear I am not making this up and the number is probably a low ball one at that. I don't care if you voted for Bush or not, but this is insane and has to be stopped. Just for reference the 1991 gulf war cost 80 billion of which the US paid only 9 billion.

What exactly do we get for this 150 billion? I think that is a fair question and hopefully not too unpatriotic for asking. Didn't anyone bother to ask or do a cost/reward/risk analysis on this fiasco? Ok Halliburton unless you are a CEO or better yet an ex CEO of HAL you are pretty much screwed. And please don't tell me this is all for stopping another 9/11 attack because that is bullshit even the dumbest redneck is started to see through. If we spent that 150 billion domestically on say security of our borders and airlines I doubt a cockroach could slip through. We haven't stopped a damn thing by going into Iraq if anything we have only inflamed the situation and managed to get 90% of the world to hate us all for 150 billion of money we don't even have. We have to borrow it!

150 billion and counting....Jesus... Lets face it Bush is a freaking idiot and driving the US into bankruptcy. Oh wait I know lets just cut taxes that should solve the problem. I know when I go on some wild ass crazy spending spree I usually go out and look for ways to cut my income to offset it. I will just make it up later when i get a better job... And bush is billed as a fiscal conservative I would laugh but it is my money plus interest he throwing into the Iraqi rathole.
