This is more so during the Bush regime because the people in the WH think like the brutal oilmen of yester years. Just go out "...and nuke them..." is what their philosophy seems to be. They are realizing that it costs to do that. The US is flat on its knees in the UN. Bush will not even get French fries leave alone UN troops and money.
