Hello Frank

Also try clicking on the right side of the yellow PDF at the bottom left of CMD's Home Page. It would be total conjecture on my part to suggest they have found a major AU deposit on Baffin Island at this stage of info release. Its way too early to make any educated guesses.

All I can say is I have found their management to be honest and forthright so far, so when they say the prospective geology ranges over the areas they have described, I don't take that as B..S... just simple fact. Whether there are mineable grades and quantities, its way too early to say, but frankly, the Baffin play is a sweetener as far as I am concerned. I should also add that the Nunavut Government is very supportive of investment and job production.

However, I am not into CMD for their Au potential but rather for their SVB massive sulfide potential. They hold 48% of the Sarah Lake claims that Falconbridge is sinking two of their three drill holes into this fall. The Sarah Lake claims are fairly narrow so if Falconbridge hits at Sarah Lake, then CMDs two adjacent claims one being Sally (100%) will draw real interest as the prospective Trochtolite plunges and deepens under Sarah and east to Sally and North to Adlatok1 their other claims (52%) which is the environment you want to look for very large massive sulfide deposits.

If Falconbridge finds another big Ni/Cu/Co deposit like VB or even close to it on CMD's claims, which would theoretically have ore values in the $250 to $380 per tonne range, then I will be a very happy camper, as those numbers are a hell of a lot better than any gold or diamond mine ore values I know of.

CMD also owns some nice Au claims in Nfld and have a piece of a producer there which means dilution should be less frequent. They have a relatively small float, cash in the bank and own a chunk of DDN so all things considered, I think they are sitting in a better position than most of the juniors you and I look at.

I see at least two years of 9 month news generation window potential in CMD which includes the usual tax loss selling season making their share values potentially more stable and of course if they hit on one of their very prospective properties and Au keeps appreciating, then shareholders could be very happy indeed.

That's my basic perspective Frank.

Its mostly conjecture of course, but the basics are there for home run potential. The rest is up to the Gods.

Regards

Vaughn
