Hi buddy:

I'm sure you'll take this in the positive spirit in which it's intended - there is no possessive it's. The only time that an apostrophe is used in conjunction with "its" is when the usage is as a contraction of "it is" - i.e. it's. Unfortunately, this particular grammatical faux-pas is deeply embedded in the mass consciousness, along with my particular favorites, "criteria" as a singular noun, "myriad" as a noun and endless repetition's (ha!) of "'s" for a plural noun.

"Those of you who think you know everything are annoying to those of us who do"...anon :)
