Jake, we do not have the option of launching a pre-emptive strike in every nation with terrorists. We simply could not afford strikes against Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Pakistan, Syria, Jordan, Egypt, Indonesia, the Philippines, Nigeria, Kenya etc. I fear we will bankrupt the country in the Bush war on terrorism. We should do one thing at a time. We should have pursued them in Afghanistan until we won and had installed a stable, secure government there. Afghanistan is a long ways from that right now.
