Kenny I know I did not enjoy it as much as you did. Rebuilding Germany and Europe led to the containment of the USSR and prosperous democracies there today. Rebuilding Japan created another island fortress of democracy that contained China. Taking the opportunity to create a strong democracy in the Middle East will over the decades change the entire area for the better. 87 billion is an investment in creating a future world that is safer. Those who blindly hate PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH cannot or willnot see this. Your past demonstrated brain power would have me betting you will never be able to see the obvious.
