I also agree with your assesment, and I'd want to add one thing which for me is a little dissappointing and that is their reliance on their plugins to deliver the multimedia. Now if I could use Director (and I do) and have it output javascript or java beans now you'd be talking. I don't think this is a huge hinderance at this point, but it sure would be a shot in their arm. I'm thinking about getting back in as there is no real competition out there still, which is the reason I first got in a couple of years ago at 15 and rode it to 27 (sold a little early, ahhh hindsight). I think they're thru this ugly transition (a little blind sided), but are now poised to return to at least 15 over the next couple of quarters...just like this other company that I bought a little while ago at about 13 (SYMC). good luck all peter
