Gore and Hillary are OUT in 2004. The only conceiveable way that Gore could get in (and not Hillary) would be if therre were one of those deadlocked conventions where neither Kerry nor Dean could overcome, then Gore could step in as the compromise candidate. But that's almost impossible.
