What I see and the stupid don't is that with 87 billion I could make Baltimore twice as safe as it is now for maybe a little over a year. But the folks in all the other places in America would be upset.

The technology, systems, process ignoramus are simply blind to any real understanding of security and safety.

What was the cost of building and manning the berlin wall per mile? Was the berlin wall 100% effective in preventing East Germans from crossing to West Berlin.

How many millions of miles of perimeter Berlin wall is needed and what will they cost to build and man year after year. And using the less than 100% effectiveness of the Berlin wall, what is the possibility of one of the millions of miles of perimeter security being breached.

Is the probability of breach 100% for 1 mile or 10 miles or 100 miles or 1000 miles.

"What about defending the Homeland is so difficult for you to see?"

I say go to where they live and play in their sand box and kick sand in their face. The good people there will be thankful and rejoice in the good fortune of freedom and the skanks will show themselves.

President Bush is doing that in Iraq. It the same basic strategy he h s doing here in America to dems. He takes the ideas of dems and makes them his own and they are hissyfit foaming at the mouth mad and acting collectively to their lowest common denominator.
