Hmm, with XPs product activation is it wise to buy it on Ebay? What if the copy you get was already used in activation? Call Microsoft and try to persuade them that you're legit owner? How?

Overall, activation su**s. I buy all my computer games second-hand and even sell most of them after playing. If game companies adopt activation, this means end of resale. Think about having to call the company and argue with some customer "service" bot every time you buy a second-hand game. :-(((
