We need to make certain that those countries that sponsor terrorism, that support it, that harbor these fugitive are as much a part of the problem as those who engage in the terrorist acts themselves.

This is same thing the president said. For the terrorists..or..for us....choose. And no mater how he tries to back up from his vote, he voted to give the President the power to take action...not to wait another 10 years on the UN.
