UPDATE - New Issue-Capital One sells $200 mln credit card ABS

NEW YORK, Sept 9 (Reuters) - Capital One Financial Corp.
(NYSE:COF - News) on Tuesday priced $200 million in five-year, A-rated
asset-backed securities supported by its credit card
receivables,
LOL market sources said.
The deal's size was boosted from the original $150 million
to meet strong investor demand, the sources said.
Deutsche Bank Securities headed the deal's lead
underwriting team, which included Banc of America Securities (News - Websites)
LLC and Wachovia Securities, the sources said.
