You're all over the place. I don't care about the McKinsey report. You obviously haven't read it and probably wouldn't understand it if you had.

The deficit is driven by FEDERAL SPENDING. That's SPENDING. NOT employment. Do you understand? Do you? Again, the deficit is driven by SPENDING, NOT employment.

I will not bet the deficit goes down because ALL the politicians I know want to INCREASE SPENDING. Spending increases the deficit, so I do not think the deficit is going down.

However, tax receipts will increase regardless of how many jobs are shipped overseas. Got it?
