"Who had the physical strength", or gave in for reasons other then being forced. Persistent demands that don't involve force or threat are not the same as force or threat and reluctantly complying with those demands isn't quite the same thing as being forced.

But then you where talking about a woman who was "unable to prevent vaginal or anal penetration to which she very much objects." And "very much objects" is not the same as "isn't really exited about at the moment", or "grudgingly accepts".
