Persistent demands that don't involve force or threat are not the same as force or threat and reluctantly complying with those demands isn't quite the same thing as being forced.

If I understand what you mean, well sure; it would be the difference between being overcharged and being mugged.

Though I'm trying to think of examples, and when I do, I seem to come up with pathetic things like "If you have sex with me I won't evict you in the morning." Not quite threat, not quite force, so not quite rape, but....
