Works for me, in the case of rape. I want people to have less sex; I want people to have sex responsibly, when they do have it, and because men are often dating far younger and less powerful women this makes me think the burden should be shifted. If that sounds like guilty until proven innocent, I don't really care. At all.

Rape is a weird crime. If women were running around penetrating men, or raping them, I would feel the same way. It's not about the people being male or female, it's about the privacy and integrity of the body. And I don't like to see rape compared to other things, because i do not think rape is like other things. Rape is, imo, a special kind of crime.
