If the man isn't using any sort of actual force or threat then I don't see how his strength makes much difference.
Her clothes have to at least partly come off somehow. If he tore them off, forced her onto a bed, held her arms down, and had sex, that's rape, right?

Now let's say they're already nude. Does simply getting on top of her and having sex constitute rape? I'd say no. Does forcing her onto the bed and holding her hands against her complaints? I'd say yes.
