Did you hear the GOP leadership news conference after Estrada withdrew No They made him sound like he washed up on shore as an orphan and worked forced labor camps until school and now deserves the judgeship, or else life isn't fair. Then they added that Dems are being anti-Latino as their motivation for denying this poor fellow the position.I thought it was a bit over the top, to say the least, didn't you? Grow up! That is exactly what they pulled on Estrada, and now they are being called out for it. The stick is coming out for both sides in 04 it seems (just watched fritz mcgovern and the dwarves debate on fox and they certainly had "knives out" when it came to Bush. Even the interviewers seemed to have them.... Hume, of course DID NOT.
